Customers of Al Bloushi Food Group Store may return or exchange products in accordance with the following policy:
- Customers are entitled to return or exchange any product provided it is in its original condition and unused. Products that arrive damaged are exempt from this requirement.
- When returning an undamaged product in its original condition, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping cost. However, if the product arrives damaged, the store will cover all shipping fees.
- Damaged products may be returned or exchanged by contacting our customer service team at 0533368869 within 7 days of purchase.
- Processing the return or exchange of a damaged product may take up to 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued immediately after the damaged product is received and inspected, and the amount will be transferred directly to the customer’s account.
- If the customer chooses to exchange a damaged product with another item of lower value, the price difference will be refunded within 7 days. If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
